We went to New Hampshire this past weekend and had an amazing time! Natalie slept almost the whole way there (YAY) and was so excited when we finally got to our family home. She was excited just to run around the yard and get out all her energy. The foliage was absolutely beautiful up there and being in that setting automatically relaxes you, which has been much needed.
We just hung out Friday then on Saturday ventured out to a hidden waterfall when surprise…a giant moose was standing in one of the fields! I’ve never seen a moose in real life before so I became a little kid with my excitement. Turns out, we would see the same moose again 6 hours later!
After we hiked to the waterfall we explored Lincoln and Plymouth, two cute towns in the white mountains and had an amazing lunch at Six Burner Bistro. If you are ever in Plymouth, you definitely need to check it out! We headed back to the house to play yard games and to enjoy the beautiful weather.
The next morning, we headed back to Plymouth to have breakfast at Annie’s Overflow Diner which was great and Natalie actually ate a lot of her breakfast (as some of you had read previously…she’s not the best eater)! We wanted to be back home for the Patriots game (no surprise) so we jumped on the road and got back just in time.
Below are some great things to do/eat in the White Mountain area of NH. Definitely check them out!
